Today we enjoyed making some goodbye cards to our maintenance man Malcolm. And enjoyed some pom pom and singing too.

We enjoyed some popcorn and drinks while watching Mr bean the movie. Lots of laughter while we watched the funny innuendos.

Later we enjoyed some singing and dancing. Peter was the star of the show he enjoyed doing the twist.

Morning and welcome from St Mary's church Hadleigh. Hospitality manager Michelle Szmyrgala Bailey and activities Trev Clarke. A lovely morning visit from Skyla the therapy dog with owner Coll Cox . We hid the biscuits away as Skyla made her way around the home getting lots of hugs and washers in return. Skyla and col visit us every month and is always a highlight of our month bringing smiles and laughter.

We had a lovely visit from birds and beyond. We had A Harris hawk, a Tawny Owl, a Barn Owl and an African Eagle Owl too. Making bird feeders. We used toilet roll inners, put some wool through and tied a knot. We painted on peanut butter on the tube then rolled in bird seed and hung outside. As soon as we put them out the birds were after them.

Sundays are all about relaxing. This morning Jayne Whitehead made her away around the building delivering the weekly leaflets and chatting through them with our residents. Our activities team has morning and afternoon activities every day.

After lunch it was cinema movie time. The film choice was mama Mia which our residents loved watching and singing along too as you can see on John and Joys faces.

A bit later we paired up in 4 pairs for a jumper game of Scrabble. Activities Trev Clarke and resident Peter were adjudicators as the 8 ladies found lots of lovely words including joker and raft to name a few.
