Some weeks the waters of life are calm.
This week they gently stir as I walk into Gene Key 36.

Here I will hold intimate circles and one-to-one sessions that invite emotional wellbeing, personal growth and tender community connection. Inspired by Gene Key 36 and years of devoted study, these gatherings offer warm, preventative support where people can feel less alone, regulate their nervous systems and cultivate compassion through shared experience.

🌟 This Week in Gene Key 55: The Dream of Freedom
Yesterday the fire rose. I felt the old complacency ~ not ruffling feathers, sitting on pain. Then passion surged. I spoke what felt unfair. It burned clean. I danced. A miracle: the very person I saw as the group voice stood before me. Victim gone. I smiled wide, arms open. We hugged. My feelings were real, the process tender and necessary ~ no shame, no blame. Only emergence. Love arrived, unforced, when the work transformed.

As we move deeper into GK 55 ~ dancing with the intimacy of the heart ~ here is my humble reflection:
Gene Key 55 – The Dream of Freedom
At the heart of humanity’s Great Change.
