Yesterday I shared a photo of progress.
Today, I want to talk about what happens after you decide you want change.
Because this is usually the part people don’t see.
The doubts.
The slow weeks.
The moments where nothing dramatic is happening — and you wonder if it’s even working.
That’s where most plans fall apart.
Not because people give up…
but because they’re trying to carry it all themselves.
Real progress doesn’t feel loud.
It feels steady.
It feels supported.
And most of the time, it feels very normal.
That’s how you know it’s sustainable.
If you’re in that in-between stage — not at the beginning, not where you want to be —
you’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just in the part that actually matters.
