Good rates of pay and enhancements at weekends and Bank Holidays, mileage and travel time also paid.

Self employed considered

Day Shift- 7-3 and late shift 3-10
Night shifts.

Weekend only shifts, so lots of flexibility to work around home life.

We pride ourselves on making a real difference in the lives of our clients and are looking for a dedicated Assistant Administrator/ Care Coordinator supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team.

💼 About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent service in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day running of the office

Answer telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally

Assist with scheduling and rota coordination

Maintain accurate care records and documentation

Provide support to carers and clients during office hours.

Respond to emergency calls and escalate issues appropriately

Support recruitment and staff compliance processes

Liaise with clients, families, and care professionals

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an admin or coordinator role (care experience an advantage)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, care software experience a plus)

Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively

A team player with a positive attitude
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
