I help you lose weight, regain fitness and rebuild strength through simple, steady habits so you feel more energised, confident and like you again. I launched my personal training business in 2005 and within 3 years with no business knowledge, I was fully booked, delivering 40 – 50 60 min PT sessions a week. This meant when you added in the running of the business, I was regularly working 60 – 70 hour weeks. In those early days, I could manage that because I lived at home, mum and dad did everything for me, and I had no children! Fast forward to when I was married, Caitlyn and I had a home to look after, and we’d just had our first born Thomas I had a lot of plates to spin, and something had to give. What gave was me, I stopped looking after myself. I didn’t exercise, I ate a lot of junk food, lots of coffee and whiskey and by the time Thomas was 1 I’d piled on 3.5 stone, couldn’t get to the top of the stairs without being breathless and generally struggled to give my best to those I loved most. I needed to sort myself out, this is when I decided that diet and exercise alone wasn’t the answer. I needed to learn how to create real change in my life that was long lasting over those traditional peaks and troughs of ‘I’m on it’ or ‘I have no motivation to do it’. Inside, you’re running on empty.

Meet Vicky.

And finally… her.

Vicky didn’t lack motivation or willpower.

She works incredibly hard... for everyone else.

She came to me because she was exhausted, frustrated, and fed up with feeling like she should be doing better… but couldn’t make anything stick.

Life gets busy.

And quietly… everything stops again.

It’s not a discipline problem.
It’s not a willpower issue.
Motivation comes and goes... sometimes in minutes.

Relying on it is what keeps you stuck in the 2–4 week health-kick cycle.
