Wishing you all the health and happiness for 2022 ✨🤍

I’m still taking a little break this week with classes returning from the 10th January. So if you’re wondering where you’re new 2022 newsletter is- don’t panic! It will be sent out this week.

So for now, I hope like me, you’re easing yourself into the new year, this is a good time to reflect and set intentions, however don’t put too much pressure on 2022, we’ve been through a lot and continue to do so.

Along side my Monday evening yoga, there will be a New Pilates class coming to Yateley Village Hall from next Tuesday 10am!

I’m offering the class at a launch price of £15 for 3 the classes in August.

Returning to Yateley Village Hall Monday 14th June at 7:30pm.

Ease yourself into the week with a relaxing and unwinding yoga flow suitable for beginners and those wanting to try yoga.

Maybe you‘ve had a little break from movement and are looking for away to return to the mat in a welcoming and friendly environment.

I look forward to welcoming you back to the practice.

Booking is essential as numbers will be limited due to social distancing.
