I can not find any evidence linking a previous placenta abruption to a more risky VBAC specifically. However, a repeat abruption increases by 10%.
It is important to understand that the care navigation will then have an impact on your risk associated with a VBAC (such as uterine rupture), and it is about balancing the risks.
