✨ THE SHAKES ARE REAL — AND WE LOVE ‘EM! ✨
In this morning’s class one of our gorgeous ladies had the full-body shakes going on — legs, hamstrings, everywhere. So we grabbed the magic ring, stretched it out, and let the tremors do their thing. Because guess what? The shakes are GOOD. Actually… they’re kind of iconic. 💁♀️💪
Here are 3 reasons why the “Reformer Shakes” hit different:
1️⃣ Your muscles are working smarter AND deeper
Pilates targets all those tiny stabilising muscles you didn’t even know you owned. When they’re firing up at once, they shake like crazy — that’s your body levelling up.
