Hello everyone,
My name is George Coster, I am a Hypnotherapist, and member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS), registered with the ICO, based in Harold Wood, Havering.
I am here to help individuals with a variety of issues, including: smoking cessation, overcoming phobias, habit breaking such as nail biting & teeth grinding, among others.
I would love to be able to help individuals better themselves and actualise to their full potential.

My rates are as follows:
•Initial telephone Consultation (20 minutes) - Free
•Standard Session (50 Mins-1 Hr) - £70
•Stop Smoking Session (2 Hrs) - £150

My practice hours are from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
