Step out of the rush and into something slower.
‘Nature Steps’ are monthly, gentle, guided walks in the Harrogate area — offering small but nourishing moments of connection with nature, with others, and with yourself. Inspired by forest bathing practices, these walks include slow, mindful walking, simple nature connection invitations, seasonal noticing, and quiet moments or optional shared reflection.
We move at a relaxed pace, pause for herbal tea along the way (bring a mug if you can), and allow space for the nervous system to settle. No experience needed — just curiosity and outdoor footwear.
