✨🎶The last Sound Bath Meditation of 2025 in the Black Barn, Woodoaks Farm.

✨There are a few places available on Tuesday 2nd December at 7pm

❄❄We will be in the beautiful 16th Century Barn and it will be cold, even with the barn doors closed. ✨✨Please wear warm layers, bring blankets, hot water bottle, wooly hat and anything else to keep you snug and warm. ✨✨

✨💚🙏What a beautiful day!💚✨

✨The autumn-winter sun was flooding through the windows when I arrived early this morning... the promise of a bright and sparkly day.

✨🙏 Thank you to the beautiful souls who took the time to visit me today, with flowers, messages, candles, cards, armfuls of love and many heart-felt hugs! You all made my little celebration extra-special. Thank you so much 🙏✨

✨It was a joy to have opened up the 'crystal shop' and to see absolute joy on people's faces when they found what they were looking for (even not knowing what they were looking for! 🥰).
🙏I am filled with gratitude to have been a tiny part of your journey and to have been able to follow my dream.

✨💚So here we are, one year on from where Nurturing Tranquillity started.
Thank you to clients, students, therapists, colleagues, friends, amazing family and every single person who has connected with me in every little way. 💚🙏I am filled with gratitude from the depth of my heart - for without you all, the purpose of Nurturing Tranquillity would not be!!

A happy, welcoming corner of Vaughan Road...

✨In 136 we are celebrating the first year of Nurturing Tranquillity!

*The crystal shop* will be open with a selection of tumble stones, palm stones, crystal pebbles, facial tools, animals, pendants, incense, half-price therapy books ..... and more...

We will be open from 11am-4pm.

✨Just over the road in 140, are hosting the *West Harrow Christmas Market* with local traders and artists. They are open from 11am-3pm.

Lots of lovely ideas for gifts, or simply a treat for you!

💚💜💚Happy 1st Anniversary to Nurturing Tranquillity💚💜💚

On the 1st of December, it will be a year since the birth of Nurturing Tranquillity. How a year has flown by - I can hardly believe it!

🥳To celebrate..... there will be an open house at 136 Vaughan Road on ✨Sunday 30th November✨ 11am-4pm. Everyone is welcome to pop in and say hello and the crystal shop will be open too!

✨Yesterday's creative crafting joy🔥

What a fun day making beautiful soy wax candles.
Mindfully melting wax flakes, gently pouring into containers that had been collected and repurposed, watching natural colour form, exploring ideas for seasonal decoration and sharing magical moments.🔥💕

✨💖🎶A beautiful sound filled evening at Woodoaks Farm tonight.

✨It was cold outside the 16th century Black Barn and we had lots of snugged up people inside; under layers of blankets, wooly hats, hot water bottles and flasks of warm drinks.
✨We heard the call of an owl, accompanying the sound and we basked in the vibrations of the wonderful instruments - they kept me warm as I walked the length of the barn over and over., back and forth.
✨A clear starry sky welcomed us at the end of the evening and the promise of a thin layer of ice glistened on the windscreen.

✨💖Gratitude to everyone who came to the Barn this evening🙏
and thank you Sarah Jane for bringing the magnificent Gong with you again.
(I did not manage to take many pictures again!)

We have a new date - TUESDAY 2nd DECEMBER - bring warm things and enjoy the season of Winter from inside the barn, surrounded by incredible instruments and magical lights showing the beauty of the ceiling and barn walls!💖
