* Create a cosy nest: lie on your bed, sofa, or a yoga mat on the floor
* Cover your body with a blanket and use an eye cover or scarf over your eyes (optional)
* Wear comfortable clothing or pyjamas
*Darken your room or use soft, ambient lighting
*No need to travel, float straight into rest afterwards.
