After my session this morning, I stayed at the studio and helped put up some Christmas trees and decorations ahead of the Christmas Fayre on Sunday.

Today was our second week of baby massage and I introduced a tummy, chest and colic routine to our practice.

Lots of benefits for baby, including increasing lung capacity, relieving congestion, working clockwise on the tummy - following the babies digestive system to help with any constipation and trapped wind. (Plenty of nappy changing included).

Lots of gorgeous conversations happening between our m**s about sleep habits (or lack of), allergies and colic.

I love seeing the babies recognising each other and hearing their cooing 🥰

Looking forward to next week working on the arms and hands and introducing some sensory elements.
