There is no denying that world feels very heavy right now.

We were never meant or built to witness the constant barrage of horrors that are emerging daily.

And sometimes it’s easy to feel helpless....like there’s nothing we can do to make a difference.

After a heartfelt conversation with a dear friend, I was inspired to do something.

I felt called to create something simple, grounding, and meaningful, a space to come together in mantra and meditation.

A moment to pause, breathe, and collectively send love, light, and positivity out into the world from our own little corner of it. 🌍💛

This gathering is offered in the spirit of seva, selfless service, because even the smallest act of intention can create ripples far beyond what we can see.

What an incredible, powerful, grounding first class from this amazing human!

Chris Adore Asanas Yoga thank you so much for bringing your energy to my studio.

That class was magic.

I love how Chris teaches, he empowers every student to feel into the flow and how their own body moves, encouraging all yogis, regardless of ability, to find their yoga, and this is exactly what we stand for at Soul Beautiful.

As a teacher it is so hard to maintain your own practice, so to have these wonderful teachers to guide me through a flow is amazing!

Yoga really is life changing ✨️ 🙏
