I had a fabulous review with the lovely Trudy from hasland magazine have a look it’s in the recent edition xx ❤️
I have a few lavender eye mask left ( like the ones I use in my room )

Mand and I did a raffle for Ashgate Hospice and the raffle lady drew out Kirsty 🥳🥳 well done I will see you soon for your treatment xx

Mand made some beautiful lavender or camomile eye masks to use to soothe you . A beautiful Xmas gift 💕

What is Reflexology?
It is a complimentary therapy where gentle pressure is applied to reflexes on the feet that align with parts of the body .
It is a wonderful treatment to help with stress anxiety and aid sleep.
It can help to balance hormones.
It can aid pain relief and digestion and help with improving circulation.

But most of all an hour of pure Relaxation and time to rest and restore ❤️❤️❤️
