Supine Indian Head Massage is carried out lying on your back, fully clothed and without oils. It involves massage to the face, ears, scalp, head and neck as well as hand massage.

It is deeply a comforting treatment. We instinctively touch the head or stroke the hair to provide care to others and it can feel very caring.

It can be booked as a treatment on its own but my most popular option is 15 minutes of IHM followed by 25 minutes of reflexology.

It is the most calming & caring treatment to both give & receive 💕
