For over a year, I’ve been running sessions on a Monday at the wonderful Hassocks Day Nursery. The kids are so smiley and enthusiastic (as are the lovely staff) and it’s such a privilege being a part of their preschool journey. Maybe longer if they then join after school club!

🌍 Last week we got to hold our preschool session outside in the garden, which was perfect for the our Earth Day theme. The children got to connect our nature poses with the world around them, breath the fresh air and explore the garden for natural treasures 🥰💚

Day Nursery is a great setting for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. The staff are caring but fun and they have such brilliant activities on every day.

🌍 We’ve had a wonderful week at celebrating our beautiful planet and the amazing creatures upon it. We’ve pretended to be renewable energy, endangered animals and learnt about recycling. We’ve made crafts all week out of repurposed or recycled materials! The kids, as always, have been so inspirational and heartwarming with their suggestions about to care for our world and animals. (If only world leaders would listen to our children?)
Proud of these little wonders and their big hearts 💕 🌍

Join us at on Friday morning when we’ll be celebrating Earth Day by pretending to be different sustainable energy sources and transport, learning about endangered animals and making a suncatcher out of recycled yogurt lids. I’ve got my themed earrings ready!

Movement, wiggles, silly songs, stories, yoga poses and crafting-something for everyone 🥰

🌍 9:30am The Cricket Pavilion, Adastra Park, Hassocks

♻️ £6.50 per family/yoga mat, payable on the day BACS, PayPal or cash. No formal booking process and no termly commitment-just turn up to whichever Fridays suit you

🌍 Grandparents, childminders, nannies are very welcome, as are baby siblings 😍

♻️ Bring a yoga mat or shout if you’d like to borrow one

🌍 This is a friendly, welcoming class, no experience necessary and a lovely way to spend quality time with your little one 🥰💚

We’ve had loads of fun being back to after school club this week! We’ve practised our deep breathing with spring animals on our tummies, watching them rise and fall. We’ve had a birthday so naturally we had to pretend to be a birthday cake and blow out all the candles! And we’ve been making these absolutely lovely spring blossom pictures!

Bendys is back this week and we’re celebrating Spring! We’re pretending to be chicks, bouncing lambs and butterflies using movement , songs and yoga poses, we’ll finish with a blossom craft.

🌸 Toddlers & preschoolers (approx 2-4yrs but younger confident kids often come and get stuck in too!)
🌸 9:30am The white Cricket Pavilion in Adastra Park, Hassocks. Free parking on Orchard Lane or by Adastra Hall on Keymer Road.
🌸 No formal booking process-just turn up to whichever Fridays suit you and pay on the day (Bacs, cash or PayPal)
🌸 £6.50 per family, just bring a yoga mat or shout if you’d like to borrow one.

Easter holidays may be over but we’re still celebrating the joys of spring at after school club! We’ve been scurrying like busy ants, pretending to be spring time animals, practising our balancing and breathing and finished with these gorgeous blossom pictures 🌸. Great to see the Tuesday gang back together again and looking forward to seeing the rest of the kids this week!
