Six years ago, I picked up a book that changed my life….The Power of Now.
Little did I know at the time, it would become one of the best decisions I ever made.
Not long after, life tested me in ways I couldn’t have imagined:
• A seven-year relationship ended through betrayal.
• My son left for university.
• My beloved dog passed away.
• And I was still navigating the grief of losing my sister.
I hit rock bottom. There were days I wasn’t sure if I’d make it through.
But sometimes, it’s in those moments, when there’s no way out but up, that we begin to discover our true strength.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women step into their full potential. I truly believe that many of us haven’t yet recognised just how powerful we are.
My mission is to:

✨ Empower you to grow into the woman you’re meant to be
✨ Remind you that in this diverse world, it’s more than okay to simply be yourself
The power is already within you. Sometimes, you just need someone to help you unlock it.
