We have a great new offer as we are getting black T shirts made with the Mental Health Help Sussex CIC logo and then you can add your business logo and get your business mentioned in posts for the running events that I attend. I have just completed the Hastings half marathon and I am set to run the bexhill half marathon in November.

MHHs supports the community with mental health friendly events, drop ins, signposting, Christmas community event every year with free food, fully funded by fundraising and kind donations from the community. Never had a grant ever.

Soon to launch our suicide prevention awareness campaign



I will be running the Hastings half marathon next year and running again in between. I can also wear T shirt while training so people will see your great logo on our
T shirt and know you are supporting a great cause.

Please let me know if you are interested.

Suggested sponsorship is £30 - £50

However please message to negotiate. Price effects the size of your logo on our T-shirt.

Join our group

I'm running the half marathon on Sunday/ tomorrow for Mental Health Help Sussex to support the suicide prevention poster campaign.

We have some amazing entries that came 1st , 2nd and 3rd that we will be using within the campaign.

The campaign will run locally then we're aiming to run it nationally.

With the aim to communicate to people to open up and talk about their feelings in the hope it saves lives.

We hold a monthly drop in every 3rd Saturday at Quakers meeting space 12-3pm
