In Yin Yoga you’ll often see bolsters, cushions, blankets and blocks being used.
Props aren’t just there for comfort, they help support the body so postures become more accessible. They allow us to soften into a pose without strain and stay long enough to receive the deeper benefits of the practice.
Yoga isn’t about forcing our bodies into shapes. It’s about meeting the body where it is, and sometimes a little support makes all the difference. 🤍
