✨ Alongside teaching yoga and supporting women through movement and breath, a significant part of my work now happens away from the mat, supporting women and mothers through birth trauma resolution and emotional recovery.
🤍 For many women, birth doesn’t unfold as expected. Even when a baby arrives safely, the experience itself can feel frightening, overwhelming, or unresolved. These experiences can stay with us, held in the nervous system and the body long after birth, sometimes showing up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or a sense of disconnection.
💫 Birth trauma is more common than many realise, and it isn’t always about what happened medically, but how safe, heard and supported a woman felt during her experience.
🤍 Through my work supporting mums and women, I offer a calm, compassionate space to gently process and release unresolved birth experiences, helping the nervous system return to a place of safety and balance. This work is trauma-informed, and sits alongside — not instead of — medical or therapeutic support.
✨ Supporting women doesn’t stop on the mat. It’s about meeting them where they are, honouring their experiences, and offering pathways to feel more grounded, supported and at ease in their bodies again.🤍
