Had Havering lovely to see you all!!! ❤️🍲

Thank you SA Nutrition & Happilife CIC for a lovely afternoon at Had Havering.
Our clients enjoyed a delicious homemade soup with a bread roll, took part in a fun games, and gained lots of useful tips for healthier eating.
We're already looking forward to your next visit! 💚

On my way out to the 6th and final education session of the week (with soup for 15 today!)
What a week! So far I have trained, informed and educated 59 beautiful people, over 5 sessions in 5 Havering venues and it's been amazing but exhausting. Logging off later for a long weekend....🚫 no work calls, emails or messages 😊

Life is stranger than fiction...I was contacted by BBC Essex last night to give a nutritionist point of view on the government's consultation for the under 16's ban on caffeinated drinks announced this morning (unfortunately I couldn't make it). Went to a Radio 2 event last night and the very same team from Radio Essex interviewed me about Rylan and Scott's podcast!
Clearly I have a face for radio...🤪

Health and Social Care Secretary Wes Streeting said he was acting on concerns for children's health.
