I am very excited to host this event.

I am looking forward to guide you through a Yin Yoga class where we are focussing on loosening up the body from any tension and stagnated energy before we go into a Yoga Nidra where we are setting a Sankalpa for healing followed by a Crystal Bowl Sound Shavansa where the thinking mind drops away to explore the space between asleep and being awake.
