Conscious Connected Breathwork supports nervous system regulation and whilst this sentence is accurate its just the tip of the iceberg.

By consciously engaging with your breath you embark on a subtle journey into the deeper truth of who you really are.

You create an internal space to bring curiosity to your lived experiences, to hold parts of yourself that you have hidden, ignored or even silenced. Slowly you begin to unwind and decompress from the tensions that can accumulate when you are navigating this human experience.

Your breath is your super power, it can be used to support your responses, to carry the words you wish others to hear and to nourish your wellbeing.

It’s happening, the light is returning, there are signs of life above the soil and Spring is on the way.

Exhale, breathe in the sound of the bird song. Pause, and check in with your heart, with your emotions with your internal experience….how are you doing as we move out of the darkness and into the promise of new beginnings?

What does your body need? What does your mind need and what does your heart desire? The answers to these questions are all within and it is your breath that can help them rise to the surface so they can be heard and acknowledged.

Conscious connected breathwork is a practice that helps to open what has been closed, to loosen what has been stuck and can offer the higher perspective that may have been lost.
