Sophro Balance for Wellbeing Welcome to Sophro Balance, inspired Sophro Dynamic Relaxation, creating harmony for mind, body & spirit!

Sophro Balance, is Sophrology, “the science of consciousness in harmony”, a unique blend of Western science meets Eastern wisdom that can help you manage stress, improve sleep and discover mindful living. It is the practice of gentle guided movement that creates a connection between the body & mind that can elevate awareness of your inner self so you feel relaxed, more able to manage stress, helping you to cope better with the challenges of daily life. It has been used as a tool to help people relax, particularly those struggling with stress and anxiety, but also used in elite sports as a way to focus participants minds before an important competition or sporting event. It is also is known to have wonderful benefits for new mums in childbirth as a way of preparing them for later stages of pregnancy, and in France, Spain and Switzerland, and they include it as part of the school curriculum for younger students in preparation for their exams and interviews practice. The benefits known to include:
