Hello my name is Sarah. After experiencing some amazing reflexology treatments some years ago I decided I want to do that - so here I am! Take care.

Coastal Calm Reflexology offers a sanctuary of wellbeing by a former nurse with a passion for holistic care, her practice specialises in a range of complementary therapies designed to promote relaxation, aid sleep, relieve tension and promote wellbeing. I use my 37 years of nursing knowledge to complement your treatment. Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that can help reduce tension, improve sleep, aid relaxation, improve mood and wellbeing. Are you spending enough time on you?
