Coastal Calm Reflexology Hello my name is Sarah. After experiencing some amazing reflexology treatments some years ago I decided I want to do that - so here I am! Take care.

Coastal Calm Reflexology offers a sanctuary of wellbeing by a former nurse with a passion for holistic care, her practice specialises in a range of complementary therapies designed to promote relaxation, aid sleep, relieve tension and promote wellbeing. I use my 37 years of nursing knowledge to complement your treatment. Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that can help reduce tension, improve sleep, aid relaxation, improve mood and wellbeing. Are you spending enough time on you? Want to a holistic facial treatment which includes reflexology to lift your mind, face and spirit? Give me a call/message and we can discuss your needs before you book your treatment with me. I have continuously developed my range of treatments to bring you a range of treatments for all ages and genders in a calm, nurturing space.

Calling all single folkes- treat yourself to a Valentines gift of nurturing, restorative facial/foot reflexology/ Indian Head Massage at Coastal Calm Reflexology with Sarah. A retired nurse with over 14 years as a reflexologist.

I am also single and always treat myself on valentines day- be it a reflexology treatment/ day out.
My day out this year is to be surrounded by wonderful people at the Snettisham Mind Body and Soul event.
I am providing 30 minute sessions for £20. You can book your slot in advance or just come along.
Alternatively you may wish to book a full treatment to see me in my treatment room in Heacham.

It is packed full of wonderful stalls & people, and the event will be raising money for charity!

Reflexology is an amazing holistic treatment - I recommend you try the facial reflexology if you have never experienced it before.
