This morning I visited Calderdale College to talk to the T Level Health students about Health Coaching, and my journey.

I went in ready to inspire....They tolerated me. 😂

But "I don't get it" is engagement, and between the uncomfortable quiet bits, and giggles from the back of the hall, there were a few great questions and some lovely moments of curiosity. Those little sparks made the whole trip worthwhile. 🌟

If even one idea landed; that listening matters, that people are more than symptoms, or that we each have a role in shaping healthier communities, then I’m calling the day a success 🏆

Huge thanks to Clare Dorotiak for coordinating and to Calderdale College for having me and trusting me with their learners, even if they weren’t exactly on the edges of their seats. 🌱😂

Pimped Porridge- the Cake Series- Carrot Cake 🥕🥕. Thanks for the inspiration Cerise Make up by Laura Power 🥰

The usual, oats and seeds with grated apple and carrot, sultanas and mixed spice. A fabulous one for Heart Month ❤️‍🩹, full of fibre which, along with the cinna helps with blood sugar control, then the oats, apples, and yogurt are great for our gut health too. Topped with Omega 3-packed, anti-inflammatory walnuts, a real powerhouse of a breakfast 💪🏼💪🏼.
