Ramadhan Mubarak to everyone observing 🌙✨

During Ramadhan at Samata Pilates:
🌿 Daytime classes
We’ll be adapting sessions to offer a slower, supportive flow focused on mobility, breathwork and alignment, perfect while fasting. Expect intentional movement, controlled pace and space to honour your energy levels.
If you’re not fasting, don’t worry, variations will always be provided so you can challenge yourself as needed.
🌙 Evening classes
These will remain as they are. By then most of you will have eaten and be ready to move properly. Just a gentle reminder to hydrate well before, during and after class, your body will thank you. That being said, listen to your body, where you need a rest, you’re more than welcome to take it. It is the perfect opportunity to focus on mindfulness with your practice.

Whether you’re fasting or not, you can grab a small energy boost with a date. We’ll have them available at both studios throughout Ramadhan.
