One of my biggest tips? Get straight out, as soon as you're awake. Maybe get dressed first, though, haha. No coffee. No scrolling. Just the natural, morning light, a bit of gentle movement and fresh air.
You don't have to go far. Even ten minutes will give you a boost, and help to reset your natural circadian rhythm and balance that morning cortisol surge.

Think salads are "boring"? See them as "rabbit food"? Think you'll starve to death eating them?
Well, all I can say is that you've obviously never had one of MY salads! And, even more shocking, there's no fish, chicken, meat, oil, sauces, eggs or cheese on there, either!
I'm not saying everyone needs to go 100% plant based, I'm just saying you have been seriously misinformed about what your body (and palate) needs, and what fills you up!

Have fun. Be silly. Get outside in nature. Move your body. Try not to take life too seriously. Live, laugh, love your life!
It's not about gym memberships and fad diets. It's about a healthy mindset first. The physical benefits come from that!
