Filled with gratitude to be part of this training. Thank you to all the amazing teachers and to my fellow students for making the last year so special 🤗

Congratulations to the cohort of our advanced 300 training who graduated today. Off to share yoga as a therapeutic intervention. An awesome group of beautiful humans, it was such a privilege to share with each and every one of you. It’s a challenging course and you gave it your all. I am so grateful for the time we have spent together.

To my colleagues, Dr Debbie Cronin who lectured on gut health Sarah Philp for her wonderful We Align programme and Melissa Corazon for her yin and restorative teachings, thank you so much for your invaluable contributions. I’m looking forward to doing it all again in 2026.

And last but not least to Chris Hunter and Eric aka Jim the Jannie for all your support.

I arrive home this evening feeling blessed although it may take me a week to recover from the graduation party last night, but it was so worth it! 🎉. Jo ###

Time for a summer break to pause, relax and reset. Yoga classes will recommence in August.
