✨ BIG STUDIO UPDATES FROM MARCH ✨
Our MOR Studio timetable is growing… and we’re so excited to share what’s coming ❤️
We’re welcoming two lovely new instructors into the MOR family 🙌
💛 Georgia will be bringing classical-based Pilates to the Studio — controlled, intentional movement focusing on strength and technique.
💛 Becky will be delivering Vinyasa Yoga — flowing, breath-led movement to build strength, mobility and calm.
Please give them a big MOR welcome when you see them 🫶
🗓️ What’s changing?
WEDNESDAY
✨ 10:30am Pilates with Kayley
✨ 7:30pm Vinyasa Yoga with Becky
⚠️ We will be removing the 1:30pm Wednesday Vinyasa class due to low attendance. We regularly review sessions to make sure they’re sustainable and well supported as we grow — thank you for understanding.
THURSDAY
✨ 6:20am Pilates with Kayley
FRIDAY
✨ 10:30am Pilates (moved from 1:30pm)
✨ 6:30pm Pilates with Georgia (NEW!)
Our Studio sessions are designed to complement your Functional training — supporting:

✔️ Nervous system regulation
We’d love to see more of you adding Yoga and/or Pilates into your weekly routine 💪
