What is General Pilates at MOR?

It’s a class designed to strengthen your body from the inside out. Expect controlled movements, core activation, improved mobility, and better awareness of how your body moves. It’s not about rushing through exercises — it’s about building strength with purpose.

At MOR, every Pilates class has its own feel. Different coaches bring different styles, experience and energy to the room. Some sessions may focus more on core stability, others on mobility, control, posture or flow — but they all share the same goal: helping your body move and feel better.

Next Sports Massage Clinic with Marazion Sports Massage

Sports massage is often seen as something people book when something has already gone wrong… a tight hamstring, sore shoulders, or a ni**le that won’t go away. But the truth is, sports massage shouldn’t just be a fix — it should be part of your regular training routine.

International Women’s Day 🤍

In a world where many women are still fighting to be heard, still questioning whether they are enough, and still carrying more than their fair share… spaces that truly support women matter more than ever.

Too many women grow up believing they should be smaller.
Quieter.
Less strong.
Less visible.

They’re told their bodies should look a certain way.
That lifting weights will make them “too bulky.”
That rest is lazy.
That taking time for themselves is selfish.

And yet every day we see the opposite.

Women showing up despite the pressure.
Despite the doubt.
Despite the exhaustion of juggling work, family, expectations and life.

That is what International Women’s Day is really about.

Courage.

At MOR, the space we’ve created is intentional.

A place where women are not judged for where they start.
Where strength is celebrated, not criticised.
Where lifting heavy, moving slowly, resting, laughing and trying again are all equally valued.

A space led by women who believe in other women.

Some days it would choose calm.
A slower pace.
Time to breathe, lengthen and reconnect with your body.
