GENERAL PILATES AT MOR
What is General Pilates at MOR?
Itâs a class designed to strengthen your body from the inside out. Expect controlled movements, core activation, improved mobility, and better awareness of how your body moves. Itâs not about rushing through exercises â itâs about building strength with purpose.
At MOR, every Pilates class has its own feel. Different coaches bring different styles, experience and energy to the room. Some sessions may focus more on core stability, others on mobility, control, posture or flow â but they all share the same goal: helping your body move and feel better.
Why should Pilates be part of your training routine?
If you strength train, run, cycle, play sport or attend our Performance classes, Pilates is one of the best things you can add to your week.
Pilates helps to:
⢠Build deep core strength
⢠Improve posture and alignment
⢠Support your joints and spine
⢠Reduce injury risk
⢠Improve breathing and body control
⢠Enhance performance in the gym
Strong muscles are important, but how your body moves and stabilises is just as important. Pilates fills that gap.
It supports your lifting, improves your movement patterns and helps you stay training consistently without ni**les creeping in.
Many people think Pilates is âeasyâ or âjust stretchingâ â but when done properly itâs one of the most effective ways to build long-term, functional strength.
