Deep tissue massage is definitely my most popular massage, the majority of my clients come to me with chronic muscle tension that they have been experiencing for some time. A deep tissue massage mainly focuses on realigning the deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissue which will release any muscle tension.

Not only does a massage have several physical benefits to your body and overall health, it also has amazing benefits to your mental well-being. After this CRAZY year that we have all been through, I feel like everyone could do with a massage (or 10).
