Please note, I am not an MOT tester or a tyre fitter, I do not have these facilities at my garage. If you ask me to get your vehicle MOT'd or get your tyres fitted for you this is not an issue, but my time is not FREE and I will charge the respective time for me doing so. I am after all collecting your vehicle, taking it, waiting while they MOT or fit tyres and dropping it back to you. If you are not happy to be charged an hourly labour rate for this, please make alternative arrangements when it comes to these additional services. Thanks.

So it's come to the point I've got to stop taking any big job bookings for a few weeks, as you all know I'm on my own, some understand and some don't but big diagnostic/repairs tie up a lot of time, parts are taking time to arrive aswell which is also upsetting the turn around. Thanks everyone for the support.

So it's been really busy, actually crazy busy but we've cracked on with a lot of stuff and a couple of long terms will be going out next week, we had a Tiguan R come in that keeps running strange for a diagnosis and after doing a fair few tests decided to pull the inlet off, what a mess, I've been toying with the idea of getting a carbon cleaner but after stripping this and previously using a hydrogen carbon cleaner decided today that the only way this was going to get properly done was to get a Walnut Blaster. Just look at the result, probably one of the worst inlets I've ever seen, 2 knackered injectors, 1 temperamental coil pack and 4 dead plugs to fit and she will be good to go.

💥Today marks 1 year of Gibbs Automotive. After a force of hand made me go out on my own, I can honestly say its the best thing that happened to me.
