Autumn Self-Care Tips 🍂

1. Get outside daily – enjoy walks, notice the colours, collect leaves or acorns or conkers.
2. Warm drinks ritual – take time to slow down with a tea, coffee, or hot chocolate.
3. Create cozy spaces – blankets, candles, or fairy lights can help you feel grounded.
4. Seasonal nourishment – cook with autumnal foods (pumpkin, squash, apples, soups).
5. Practice letting go – just like trees shed leaves, release habits or thoughts that are no longer serving you.
6. Journal reflections – write about changes, goals, or gratitude as the seasons shift.
7. Prioritise rest – longer nights are an invitation to slow down and recharge.

✨ Gentle reminder ✨

Going back to school or work after the summer holidays can feel overwhelming. New routines, early mornings, and busy schedules can take a toll.

It’s okay if you’re feeling a little more stressed, tired, or unsettled right now — adjustment takes time.

🌱 Try to give yourself space to rest.
🌱 Ease into routines where you can.
🌱 Remind yourself you don’t need to do everything perfectly.

Taking small steps and being kind to yourself can make the transition feel lighter. 💚
