Wow, wow, Lorraine take a bow! ❤️

It was my absolute pleasure to present an 8.5 stone award tonight to the fabulous Lorraine at my Madley group, who in just over a year has made some incredible changes. She is one determined woman, and a huge inspiration to the whole group!

Lorraine legged it before I could get a pic, so you’ll have to put up with me instead. 😂

So far in November, my fabulous groups at Madley and Tupsley have lost an amazing 101lbs between them… which is the equivalent of 200 bananas! 🍌
