Here's my story. Written a year ago, but I have a few new followers, so I thought I'd share again as I approach my 16th anniversary since my first stroke.. Im still surviving/living😊

Before my stroke a 44, I was living in Hereford a working, married mum of 2. I had been rushing around a lot.

So, I recently had a stay in hospital, with pneumonia, tried to sleep (unsuccessfully) on a green plastic recliner chair.. with 2 sheets, as the room had air con.. but wasn't on and windows that were sealed shut! Go figure !!
While I chatted with a senior Dr, we got talking about all my ischemic strokes.. he asked, "did anyone ever find out why you had them and what caused them", "umm no" I, replied. He said he would look into it for me! I wait with interest.. I've heard nothing as yet.. but I'm interested to find out xx
