💭 Trigger Foods – Know Yours 😔
We all have those foods that call our name — the ones that start with “just a bite” and end with “where did it all go?” 🙈
These are our trigger foods — the ones that make us overeat, feeling guilty afterwards, and often lead to a little gain on the scales. For some, it’s chocolate or crisps for me… for others, it’s cheese, bread, or a glass of wine that turns into a bottle! 🍫🧀🍷
The truth is, it’s not about banning foods — it’s about understanding what triggers you.
When you know your trigger foods, you can plan around them: ✨ Keep them out of the house (out of sight, out of mind!)
✨ Find a healthier swap that still hits the spot
✨ Save them for a special occasion when you can truly enjoy them, guilt-free
Remember: awareness = power 💪
You’re not “weak” for having trigger foods — you’re human.
Knowing them helps you stay in control and staying on plan.
