Some of you will know that I have been studying Mindfulness for a while now and I am finally ready to run my practice course.

I’m looking for 8 volunteers to join me on Zoom for 8 weeks commencing 17th Sept 6.30pm - 8pm.

Over the 8 weeks I will be teaching you how to manage stress and health conditions through mindfulness.
