So… a little bit about me..
My son is almost 2 (bloody hell, that has gone quick) I’m a preemie and pandemic mum. I gave birth to my son at 28 weeks despite the obvious trauma it was the most empowering and amazing experience of my life (sorry to sound so cliche). I never got to complete my hypnobirthing classes and I was gutted as I had done so much research into it. There were a lot of issues I faced during labour with the medical professionals and I had no idea about my rights, what I could do and what I was being coerced into. If I hadn’t trusted myself and my body it could have been a very different outcome! I want to help others to do the same! Since my experience I’ve been obsessed about all things birth and so here I am 🤍
