Special tips for seniors are 40/50/60 years:

1st Tip :- The first suggestion: drink water all the time even if you are not thirsty or needy, the biggest health problems and most of them are due to lack of water in the body. At least 2 liters per day.
2nd instruction: do as much work as possible from the body, there should be movement of the body, such as walking, swimming, or any kind of sport.
3rd Tip : Eat less... Let go of the craving to eat too much... Because it never brings good. Do not deprive yourself, but reduce the quantity. Use more of protein, carbohydrate-rich foods.
4th instruction: do not use the vehicle unless it is absolutely necessary. If you're going anywhere to pick up groceries, meet someone, or do some work, try to walk on your feet. Climb the stairs instead of using elevators, escalators.
5th Instruction Quit anger, stop worrying, try to ignore things. Don't indulge yourself in troublesome situations, they spoil all health and take away the glory of the soul. Talk to positive people and listen to them.
6th Instruction First of all, give up the attachment to money
Connect with the people around you, laugh and talk! Money is made for survival, not life for money.
7th Note Don't feel sorry for yourself, or about anything you couldn't achieve, or something you couldn't resort to.
Ignore it and forget it.
8th Notice : Money, position, prestige, power, beauty, caste and influence;
All these things increase the ego. Humility brings people closer with love.
9th Tip : If your hair is white, it does not mean the end of life. This is the beginning of a good life. Be optimistic, live with memory, travel, enjoy. Create memories!
10th Instructions Meet your little ones with love, empathy, and affection! Don't say anything sarcastic! Put a smile on your face!
No matter how big a position you have held in the past, forget it in the present and mingle with it all!

Fear is the biggest enemy

How do I avoid pandemic?"

This question was asked to OSHO about 40 years ago during the AIDS period!
′′ You're asking the wrong question Osho replied, ′′ the right question should be:
′′ How to avoid the fear of dying caused by the epidemic (pandemic)?"
Because it is very easy to avoid the virus, it is very difficult to avoid the fear in you and in the world.
People will die more from this fear than from the epidemic (pandemic).
There is NO virus in this world more dangerous than FEAR.
Understand this fear, otherwise you will become a dead body before your body dies.
It has nothing to do with the virus.
The scary atmosphere you feel in these moments is collective madness...
It has happened a thousand times and will continue to happen.
And it will continue if you don't understand the psychology of crowds and fear.
You usually keep your fear at bay, but in the moment of collective madness, your consciousness can be completely lost.
You won't even know when you lost control of your fear.
Then fear can make you do anything.
In such a situation you can also take your own life or the lives of others.
So much will happen in the coming times:
Many people will kill themselves and many people will kill more.
Attention, be mindful.
Don't watch news that trigger fear.
Stop talking about the epidemic, repeating the same thing over and over again is like self-hypnosis.
Fear is a kind of self-hypnosis.
This idea will cause chemical changes in the body.
If you repeat the same idea over and over again, a chemical change is triggered that can sometimes be so toxic that it can kill you.
During an epidemic, energy around the world becomes irrational.
This way you can fall into a black hole anytime.
Meditation then becomes a protective aura into which no negative energy can pe*****te.

Food for Thought - Saturated fats

Saturated fats are found in many foods, both sweet and savoury.
Most of them come from animal sources, including meat and dairy products, as well as some plant foods, such as palm oil and coconut oil.

Foods high in saturated fats
fatty cuts of meat
meat products, including sausages and pies
butter, ghee, and lard
cheese, especially hard cheese like cheddar
cream, soured cream and ice cream
some savoury snacks, like cheese crackers and some popcorns
chocolate confectionery
biscuits, cakes, and pastries
palm oil
coconut oil and coconut cream

Eating too much saturated fats in your diet can raise "bad" LDL cholesterol in your blood, which can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Healthy Heart means better Life

Vegetable oils are the healthy choice for frying and baking, and plant-based spreads, avocados or nut butters for sandwiches, toast and potatoes. These are healthier choices than butter or lard. Check food labels and compare the fat content in different products to help you choose ones that are lower in saturated fats.
But remember, while this will help to lower your cholesterol level, we need to look at our whole diet to reduce overall risk. Many factors affect heart disease risk, not one food or nutrient alone. The Mediterranean diet is associated with reducing your risk of heart and circulatory disease. It includes plenty of fruit and vegetables, pulses, fish, nuts and seeds, and less butter, meat, full-fat dairy products and high-fat snacks, so it’s naturally higher in unsaturated fats and lower in saturated fats.

Food for Thought
It’s not always clear what we should or shouldn't be eating to improve our heart health – especially when it comes to fats. Despite what you read in the media, our advice is clear – replace saturated fats with unsaturated fats and avoid trans fats. Saturated fat is the kind of fat found in butter, lard, ghee, fatty meats and cheese.
Eating a diet high in saturated fat is associated with raised levels of non-HDL (bad) cholesterol. This is linked to an increased risk of heart and circulatory disease. That’s why official recommendations emphasise the importance of reducing saturated fat in our diets.
But just replacing saturated fat with refined carbohydrates, like sugary foods and drinks, won’t improve your health. Replacing it with unsaturated fats such as oily fish, nuts, or vegetable oils like rapeseed or sunflower oil, does seem to reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke.
