Mum & Baby Mindful Fitness 🤍✨
I remember the feeling of returning to fitness after having my boys and gosh I found it hard!! I couldn’t believe how much strength and fitness I’d lost and how much my body crunched and hurt when I moved! The good news is that it came back and probably stronger than before 😅🙏
On a Mondays, I’m now here to help guide you through an effective full-body workout designed to help you feel strong, supported and reconnected with yourself — with or without your baby by your side and it’s done in a space of zero pressure and quite honestly - the best view!! 🌊🙏✨

🧡Directed by Christina - Personal trainer and pre&post natal qualified in both fitness and Yoga.

🧡Paid parking opposite or free parking at Morrisons
🧡Pram space available downstairs (ps no lift available)
