🚗 NEW ANPR Parking System – Heysham Health Centre 🏥
BMG patients , some more info about the new Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) which will be introduced at our Heysham Health Centre site from the owners of the building NHS Property Services (not Bay Medical Group) These new measures are to help keep parking safe and secure for everyone who uses the building. 🔒🚙
Here’s some more info from last weeks post:
⏱️ Grace period: 30 minutes
🅿️ Parking time limit: 3 hours
📆 Operating schedule: Live 7 days a week
📍 Kiosk locations inside the building will be:
• 3️⃣ free-standing kiosks on the ground floor
• 1️⃣ free-standing kiosk on the first floor
🧾 Patients using the car park can log their registration number at any kiosk, no matter which service they are using in the building.
📢 We’ve been reassured there will be plenty of signage to help everyone find the kiosks easily and avoid queues.
🚑 Emergency service vehicles will be excluded.
🏥 If a patient is admitted to hospital and their car remains parked, we will ensure they are added as a guest to avoid any parking tickets.
🗣️ Any ticket appeals will be managed by the ANPR company and not Bay Medical Group..
