Saturday 03 May is the date, the Shakra Centre is the place, the place where we will be holding our first SOAR Breathwork Day in Kent!

Registration will be open from 9.00am, ready for a 10.00am start and we aim to be finished by around 5.00pm

Clean, sterilised, yoga mats are provided although feel free to bring your own if you prefer, otherwise all you need do is arrive with the intention to get the most out of the day.
