As you may be aware, due to multiple reasons, prescription request waiting times have recently increased.
🕣If you haven’t ordered in time to accommodate this, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritise your request.
❌We do not expect people to have to go without essential medication.
🗣️Please inform staff if you will be running out before the turnaround time

Important notice!
There have been problems with the internet locally since last night. As our phones and app are internet based neither are working this morning.

Due to longer turnaround times (3 working days) needed by GP surgeries to process prescriptions and send them to us, we are kindly asking that you request your repeat prescription 7 days before you are due to run out.
This applies to all surgeries, regardless of how you order.
