I’m pleased to share that bookings are now open for my new weekly nervous-system-led meditation classes.

These small-group sessions focus on gentle breathwork, grounding, and practical techniques to help the body settle and regulate.

Sessions are running on:
• Wednesday evenings (midweek reset)
• Sunday evenings (gentle reset before the week begins)

Spaces are limited to keep the groups contained and supportive.

With quite a few new faces here recently, I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Callie, and I run Caim Holistics, offering nervous-system-led massage, wellbeing coaching, and (very soon) weekly meditation classes. My work is grounded and practical, focused on helping the body feel safe enough to settle.

I believe in slow, steady support that works with the body - not against it.

Many of the people I work with are:
• feeling overwhelmed or burnt out
• carrying long-term stress
• stuck in “always on” mode
• looking for gentle, body-based support

Everything I create is designed to feel calm, contained, and supportive.
