Myth: “You’re supposed to feel festive all December.”
Truth: Your nervous system doesn’t switch into ‘holiday mode’ just because the calendar says it’s Christmas.
If you’re feeling stressed, flat, overwhelmed, or just not in the holiday spirit - nothing is wrong with you. It’s simply your body responding to the pace, pressure, noise, and expectations of this time of year.

The season can be magical, but it can also be overstimulating. Both truths can exist at the same time.

✨ A few gentle reminders:
• You don’t have to attend every event.
