Because we care enough to feel the pain of the people of Ukraine ♡

If the people of Ukraine people can be brave, so can we.

When we are lost or stuck in these emotions, we begin again.
Stop
Be still
and breathe...
then breathe some more into the feelings.

Settle into a new space for more moments of clarity in this madness.

So, for the millions of us who care, the world is a better place for you 🙏🏾💔.

~Our bodies are far more intelligent than we know.
Symptoms are not a sign that your body is failing you.
Symptoms are actually your body’s way of showing you what is out of balance.

~Sometimes the root cause is emotional, sometimes it’s physical or biochemical and kinesiology allows us to gently bring our bodies back to balance.

~There is wisdom in our bodies and I help clients to navigate their way back through Embodied Kinesiology.

~Using tools of Focusing, Mindfulness, Eft, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Flower essences, Nutrition can return us back to wholeness and brings a more compassionate presence to ourselves, so those messengers become compassionate messengers to the body 🙏🏾

~Any threat to our safety and the nervous system immediately shuts down the digestive system. When asked, most people will commonly say they feel a sense of stress in their stomachs, describing it as a knot or ache, which they can't explain, but know they feel unwell.

~Continuous stress can look like overwhelm, aches and pains, racing heart, worry, exhaustion, continuous sick feelings, trouble with sleep and much more, and can impact the digestive system by:

* Reducing our capacity to release digestive enzymes, gastric acid and bile to break down our foods & absorb our nutrients. This can cause bloating, distension, pain, flatulence and gas, joint pain, skin issues, inflammation, headaches, weight gain.

* Impacting the communication along the gut-brain axis leading to swinging bowel movements (constipation/diarrhoea).

* Disrupting the balance of bacteria in our gut can promote excess inflammation & other systemic health issues relating to mood balance, hormones & our immune response.

Addressing emotional issues can resolve and improve digestive problems. Kinesiology will address the connection between stress, your emotional wellbeing and your digestive system.

Significant shifts can happen; it is all about finding health within and amplifying it. To find out more, visit my website or DM me. If you seek some extra support in understanding your digestion, click the link in my bio to book a consultation.

Giving ourselves permission to embrace the transition of this season.
Late autumn is a time of rest, profound growth and awakening, sowing the seeds of transformation. What do we want at the end of this awakening?

Permission to connect to this season
Permission to transition within
~
Permission to listen deeply
Permission to feel your body requests
~
Permission to rest in stillness
Permission to strengthen, nourish and heal
~
Permission to make mistakes
Permission to start again
~
Permission to flow
Permission to glow
~
Permission to plant those seeds
Permission for growth to awakening to be yours ❤️

Body whispers with hand on heart~

I hear you. There you are beloved, buried right under your busy life,
turning inwards,
time to rest,
time to reflect,
time to gather,
time to create spaciousness,
time to harvest all of you.

Our body is the first place of belonging, the first home we never leave.

Breathe~

Returning to our bodies, deep within, where we can remember what truly matters so that all wisdom, all response to life, comes from here, your unique and amazing body. ❤️

Naming emotions in anxiety is a way of deepening our awareness, a way of safety with ourselves and supports what is happening inside our bodies.

Anxiety can overwhelm our hearts and minds, interrupting our daily lives and our ability to take care of ourselves. Anxiety can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disassociated and lost. But we are never really lost, it's a practice, and when we practice naming regularly, it can be a great resource for calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety.

Naming by using words that describe a sensation within express can help us gravitate back to our bodies.

When feeling overwhelmed and anxious, take a moment, breathe and notice what is there, at this moment, for example, heavy, trembling, achy, knotted, hot, cold, icy.
From a mindful place, the body accepts these words instead of pushing the feelings away, and there is a calm, resolute feeling.

Naming ~
A way of honesty
A way of knowing
A way of being

Resonance to amplify your goodness.
There is always information from a place of resonance; in this work, when we resonate with each other, there is a deeper place that cannot be rushed or forced.
The place where you learn who you are ☯︎
Settle in,
deepen your breath.
What is coming through today?
Slow it down, be gentle, be kind to yourself 🙏🏾

🌸 Slowly, softly, and gently,

Paying attention to what is here,
by paying regular visits to ourselves
as a return home, a return to the soul.

Bringing attention to the unseen parts,
our world is busy right now.

Breathe, deeply, breathing with a focus on movement,
Let the rhythm become slow, calm and gentle.

Grow in the way you were meant to,
Not because it looks like someone else’s,
Or you have to be like someone else,
but yours,
uniquely yours.

Slowly, softly, gently 🌸

Settling ~ into this moment as a type of reverence before we start anything.
What helps you to settle at this moment? Right, where you are, where you need to be. Within.
Is it the breath? Or a sense of ground and gravity, and can you feel that grounded support? Do you have a resource? It might be a favourite tree, the smile of a loved one, or a special place in nature.
Settling is a little gem of presence and part of my Biodynamic training that my clients experience as a felt sense.
A pause
A deepening
A sense of saftey
A moment of stillness
A sense of coming home
A Biodynamic field of relationship.

Loving-kindness~ A reflection of you.

Wrapped in it
held by it
never far away
resting deeply within you
physically occupied by you ~

A natural
unwavering,
undisturbed
deep intelligence
a reflection of you ~

Rest in your unique loving-kindness.

I love how Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is poetic and symbiotic in its connection of the human body, based more on the associated emotions to a meridian and used in kinesiology therapy sessions as a gateway to healing our relationship to our physical, structural, and energetic self to resolve health issues, TCM intricately explains that everything is intertwined beautifully.

Intense feelings go straight to the heart, and set's the mood for all of the organs in our bodies. When the heart energies are in flow, love and joy flourish. When overwhelmed with pain or grief, the heart aches and breaks.

♡ Heart Imbalance may look like: Anger and heartache, frustration with life, fear of connection, anxiety, difficulty communicating & connecting in a meaningful way, bitterness and lack of self-respect.

♡ Heart in balance looks like: A remembering of self, a remembering of your goodness. The heart feels energetic and alive, with a healthy pulse, creating fulfilling relationships while choosing to honour, tend and befriend ourselves.

♡ Affirmation of the heart: I breathe love into myself.

Today, from a tender and powerful place of self-love, welcome yourself back home, back into your heart and let your heart speak through you ♡.
