Currently staff are exhausted after the pandemic, and despite care companies offering training and further incentives, people are simply kneeling towards supermarkets due to the high pay.

England's Care Quality Commission issues a warning, saying staff are "exhausted and depleted".

The Social care sector is facing 'unprecedented crisis' over staff shortages. Home care providers who are struggling to recruit and keep staff, is affecting the level of care being delivered to patients. Other issues include, low wages, pandemic and lockdown affects.

Care home staff shortages are currently above pre-pandemic levels There are more staff shortages in the care sector than before the pandemic. There more than 100,000 jobs available with no-one to fill them. Social care is struggling immensely, with patients being admitted into hospitals, and care packages passed over to the council.

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women in the UK, with an estimation of 150 women being diagnosed each day. Women please remember to check regularly, and stay healthy.

This month is to help raise awareness for women all around the world with breast cancer. The statistics portrayed on breast cancer alone are one of the main reasons why fundraising and awareness on this topic happens every year, to help tackle this issue, with an ultimate end goal of saving lives.

Wear it pink day, to help support and raise awareness. Donate, and help wherever you can , show your love and support one another.
