🌳✨ Well! What an AMAZING first 6 months it has been! Thank you to all those who have supported me. Either in 'liking' my page and posts, spreading the word, visiting my website or coming along to experience Reiki. I have now built up a great client base. Thank you for coming. It is an honour to hold your hands through your healing journey.
🌳✨ The photo here shows my very pleased face after becoming a Reiki Master. My own journey will always be ongoing to offer the very best that I can to my clients.

✨🌳 - Did you know that over 17 million work days are lost each year due to stress, anxiety and depression? - what a dreadful statistic!
✨🌳 - If your place of work has a wellbeing budget and allows a little time each month to focus on wellbeing, I am now able to offer half hour Reiki sessions on Thursday and Friday afternoons at your workplace.
✨🌳 - If your company doesn't have a wellbeing budget, maybe you could propose that they start one? Or even just allow the time at work? All we would need is a quiet room. I will do the rest.
✨🌳 - I cover Wakefield, Barnsley and Sheffield North and you can just send a message for more details here or fill in a contact form on my website.

Just a few of the things that my Reiki clients have said when they come for their first appointment. Sometimes it's hard to slow these busy lives we have built - even though we built them! Stress and anxiety seem to just be accepted in modern life and I guess we can't change that overnight.
