Well Pharmacy will close on Thursday 25th December and Friday 26th December and reopen on Saturday 27th December. Then on Thursday 1st January and Friday 2nd January , reopening on Saturday 3rd January .

Following on from the surgery’s post today can we please ask if you have any cold / cough symptoms and come in to the pharmacy that you please wear a mask , This will to help protect the spread to other members of the public and to the staff working in the pharmacy - we have masks on the counter and we ask for people cooperation and understanding regarding this matter .

On the run down to Xmas the pharmacy becomes much busier with increased volumes of prescriptions , can we please ask that patients give themselves at least four business days between ordering and collection - can we again ask that people do not contact the pharmacy unless it is an emergency , we have been experiencing an increasing number of people phoning to check if we have prescriptions , when we have completed prescriptions we will text notifications to patients - please update any new numbers or if you haven’t done so already please provide your mobile number to a member of staff. Over the last few days we have lost a considerable amount of dispensing time answering these type of phone calls which in return increases waiting times for completed prescriptions . As always we appreciate your patience and hope everyone has a stress free run up to the festive period ! Thank you again Well Kincardine 😀
