Self promotion...
Sometimes it can be really hard to "big yourself up" as my husband puts it. 🤣
I'm generally a reserved person and was taught to not "toot your own horn" (that was my sons expression for it)...
I have a God-Given skill. I know this... but I still am hesitant to hand out cards, ask for reviews, and make impact aside from in the treatment room... I am learning and improving however...👍😉
Self promotion should not be an ego thing, but rather a sharing thing, where we feel so happy and proud about something that we want to share it... not to boast and put down, but to grow and improve.
Perhaps I need to let clients tell others about me and what I try to do for them.
