I am Ellen and I run Appleby Care, an independent CQC registered homecare service. I offer care and support in MARLOW SL7 postcodes in BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.

I offer care and support in HIGH WYCOMBE HP13 postcodes and surrounding in BUCKINGHAMSHIRE. I have a background in nursing and first qualified over 15 years ago, I have enjoyed a long number of years in the NHS. I now offer all aspects of homecare including live-in care and end of life care. I became really passionate about nursing after a family tragedy which made me want to learn more about the human body, how it works and how to support people with care needs. Following my background training and experience as a nurse, I want to help improve people’s quality of living as a way of giving back to our community. I am somebody who loves helping people and encouraging them to do the things they want to do, despite disability, health problems or age. I am registered with the CQC who regulate the way Appleby Care works.

Job Description
• Caring and supporting clients in a person-centred one-to-one care and support to meet individual clients’ needs in the comfort of their homes.
• Assisting clients with all activities of daily living including meal preparation (food and drink), hygiene, cleaning, shopping, bathing, showering, dressing, hair, aided walking, toileting, other personal cares.
• Building companionship with clients, which is key to trusted relationships with clients.
• Assisting with prompting medication as appropriate.
• Demonstrate care, compassion and empathy.

Available for start immediately is 49.25 hours of care and support (between 7.30am and 8pm) to our clients in the comfort of their own homes in, MARLOW BUCKINGHAMSHIRE. Self-employed applicants are also most welcome to apply. Applicants must be fully compliant for immediate start - must have usual mandatory care training and DBS clearance requirements. Driver's licence and own car necessary and visits mileage is paid. IMMEDIATE START!!
